Alay sa Kapatid Foudation is an inter-congregational, religious-lay alliance dedicated to upgrade the lives of July 16, 1990 earthquake victims. Amidst the disarray and confusion wrought by the intensity 7.7 earthquake that hit Baguio City and Benguet, the group of sisters from twelve religous congregations and lay volunteers pooled human and financial resources to help mitigste the chaos and agony of thousand of victims.

AKAP is fruit of working together, of going beyong the small world of affliation and division. It is the testimony of what religious and lay, NGOs and GOs can do together hand in hand with the beneficiaries.
